Refund Policy

Because our services involve scheduled live sessions, group reservations, and human preparation, refunds are limited.
1. Trial Session
The mandatory trial session is a paid service.
Once completed, it is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable.
Completion of a trial session does not guarantee acceptance into regular modules.
2. Module Payments
Payment for a module reserves:
- a slot in a group;
- administrative scheduling;
- character preparation;
- game master preparation;
- access to service infrastructure.
Because preparation begins immediately after payment, refunds are limited.
3. Missed Sessions
If a participant misses a scheduled session after payment, no refund is provided.
This includes absence caused by:
- personal reasons;
- lateness;
- scheduling conflicts;
- internet issues;
- technical failures on participant side.
4. Provider Cancellation
If the Provider cancels a session and rescheduling is impossible, compensation may be provided in the form of:
- replacement session; or
- partial refund.
Compensation method is determined by the Provider.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refunds outside this policy may be granted solely at Provider discretion in exceptional circumstances.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact the Provider before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:
- account suspension;
- permanent service ban;
- denial of future purchases.
